Mini Bhakharwadi

Bhakharwadi is a popular Indian snack known for its unique blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors. Originating from the western Indian states of Maharashtra and Gujarat, it consists of a rolled, spiral-shaped savory pastry made from gram flour and all-purpose flour dough, filled with a spiced mixture of grated coconut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sugar, and various ground spices like chili powder, garam masala, and amchur (dried mango powder).
